Newborn to around 12 months, up to about 22 lb (10 kg). Always follow safe babywearing guidelines: face visible, chin off chest, close enough to kiss, and a hand on your baby.
Is this a baby carrier? +
No. It's a warm layer worn with your baby held against you — it doesn't replace a structured carrier for hiking or long hands-free activity.

Our sizing runs smaller than US standard, so order one size up from your usual size — two up if you're between sizes or layer underneath. Full chart is right above.
Will it fit my postpartum body? +
Yes. The cut is loose and oversized on purpose, with plenty of room through the bust and belly. Most moms wear it from week one.
